Who We Are
Unique Management Services (UMS) was founded in 1994 with the express goal of creating collection and recovery services for municipalities. We have collected over $1 billion in small balance accounts for over 2,000 municipal entities in North America. UMS originally worked exclusively with public libraries who demanded an effective collection approach that was extraordinarily sensitive to the goodwill of their customers.
